Kevin “Special K” Mears
Sales Representative

Kevin started with J.B. Painting and Waterproofing in June of 2000 as a Sales Representative for South Florida. He has been in the Painting and Waterproofing industry for 20 plus years selling painting and waterproofing products, sealant/caulking/EIFS, and concrete restoration products.

Because of his years in the industry he has brought with him extensive product knowledge and the ability to provide a wide range of services to our customers. Kevin was born in Ashtabula, Ohio, has lived in South Florida for 34 years, and currently resides in Jupiter. He has a teenage daughter and enjoys playing golf, watching college football and NASCAR.
